Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By placing an order with Apostolic Redeem Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed advance payment.

3. Quality Assurance

We guarantee that supplied goods meet the specifications mentioned in the Proforma Invoice. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, port strikes, or changes in government regulations.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from business relations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
